Just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!
Here are a few pictures of the most fun project this week...one of Matthew's favorite Christmas books is "Gingerbread Pirates" and for 2 years he's asked me to make gingerbread pirates. I finally did it!
How I made the hats...a small heart cookie upside down. Cut off the bumps and gently mold the top curves.
Chop off a leg and add a toothpick when they come out of the oven.
Voila! Gingerbread Pirates! Matthew had no idea I had made them so I snuck one in his lunchbox. Boy was he surprised!
More fun recipes and crafts in the New Year, but for now...Merry Christmas from me and my new holiday-pajama-clad boys!
