Happy 2014!
All right, here goes...I HATE New Year's Resolutions! There was some stat on the radio last week about the pathetic percentage of people who actually keep their resolutions by the end of the year. Why make them then? They sound great in theory, but if they will not come to fruition, why bother? My only wish this year is to get this blog up and running and, hopefully make my pants fit a little more comfortably. I'm not putting numbers or timelines on things!
This is what I should be preparing for, not creating my first real blog entry!
Hazard types...snow. Wind chill values as low as 10 below zero during the day on Thursday...and as low as 20 below zero Thursday night into Friday morning.
Accumulations...snow accumulation of 8 to 12 inches.

So, here's hoping for a safe commute tomorrow and a continued effort of sharing my favorite recipes, crafts and lessons learned from my kiddos! Happy New Year!
